Fantastic tailor shop. They are professionals with very high quality and detailed work. The prices are very fair, too. The owner speaks english and is very easy to work with and also interested in delivering exactly what you want. I had a tuxedo made from very high quality fabric and it turned out amazing. Day one: measurements and choices. Day three: trial fitting. Day six: final fitting ( no changes were needed)! Very impressed.

Incredible, English-friendly tailor shop in Hanoi! My family showed up on a Monday morning looking to get 5 outfits with a turnaround time of 3 days. We spent nearly 4 hours in the shop getting fitted and determining exactly what we wanted. The shop owner and her assistant were so helpful and patient, providing guidance and recommendations to ensure we received the best final product. After a few days, we walked away with 2 men’s suits, a woman’s pant suit, an ao dai, and one dress. On pickup day, we saw them handle a flurry of customers very quickly and professionally. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here. Only thing to note is I’m not sure how accurate the opening hours are in Google. We showed up around 8:30am on a Monday but the door was locked so ended up returning around 9am.

Delighted with Hoa Fashion! I recently holidayed in Hanoi and visited Hoa Fashion to secure a custom-made dress. I brought some photographs of a dress I’d seen online. It was quite a complicated design: a wrap dress with a sleeveless ‘suit-jacket’ top and a long, pleated skirt in a silky material with jagged hemline. Huyen, who looked after me was incredibly friendly, patient and attentive. She quickly sourced appropriate materials and then afforded me a long consultation to work out how best to make the dress. At first fitting she took endless time and trouble to ensure the finished dress would be a perfect fit. I was absolutely delighted with the finished result. Huyen and her team created a unique and beautiful dress that fitted perfectly. From first visit to final product took less than a week and it was really excellent value. I couldn’t recommend Hoa Fashion highly enough. You won’t be disappointed!

They managed to make two difficult alterations and create a pair of trousers within 24 hours. The lady boss is also very detailed and attentive, and will discuss ideas on designs and provide suggestions. Will go back the next time I’m in Hanoi.

I couldn’t have asked for a better dress. Initially, I was a little apprehensive as the price was slightly more expensive than I thought (4,100,000), but it was worth every penny. They listened to everything that I wanted from the dress and looked at the inspiration photos but suggested small changes to improve the design. They measured me and I had two further fittings to perfect the fit and length and they were happy to make any alterations that I wanted. They were so friendly and helpful through out the whole process (also speaking great English). I was also a little worried that the dress wouldn’t have the structure around the hips like in the inspiration photo, but they really understood what I was going for and suggested stiffer fabrics and a lining to make sure I got the look I wanted. Overall, I’m so happy with the outcome and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a dress made for a special occasion.

Truly the best tailor experience I’ve ever had. Huyen and her team are amazing and approached our three dresses with amazing care and attention to detail. I had a bridal look made and my two girlfriends had bridesmaid dresses made. Two of the dresses were more intricate and they were perfect. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for tailoring in Hanoi!
